Nayeli Zimmermann, born in Mexiko-City, lives and works as an independent designer in Berlin. After graduating at the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam, with a thesis about »Design for Need«, she worked for Clients in the Non-for-Profit, Cultural and Corporate Sektor in Hamburg, Paris, Luxembourg and Berlin. Clients like independent educational institutions, street festivals, dance companies as well as globally known corporations let her develop strong skills in corporate and editorial design.

In 2014 Nayeli was awarded with the »Deutscher Infografikpreis« for the work »The Gutters are filled with Gold«.

Since March 2014 Nayeli teaches Typography at the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam.
